Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi: Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi means the exact place and land where Lord Krishna took birth. This temple was built on the exact spot where Mata Devaki and Pita Vasudeva were imprisoned by the uncle of Lord Krishna, Kansa.

Vishram Ghat: Vishram Ghat is a sacred ghat or riverfront where it is believed Lord Krishna took rest or vishram after killing his demon uncle, Kansa, who imprisoned his parents and tortured the people of his kingdom.

Best Time to Visit: It is best to explore all Tourist Places in Mathura between October and March when the weather is pleasant and festival season is going on. You can visit early morning between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM for the holy dip into the river and visit during the evening between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM to participate in the divine aarti and try boat riding in the Yamuna river.
Vrindavan: Vrindavan means tulsi plant and van means forest. It is believed that this place used to have a lot of Vrinda or tulsi plants and was surrounded by forest; hence, this place is called Vrindavan, where Goddess Radha took birth.
Banke Bihari Temple: Banke Bihari Temple is one of the most famous temples in Vrindavan. This temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and is famous for its unique darshan style, where devotees can only have a glance at the idol of the Lord.
